The company's principals are Arne and Bob Anderson. They have been involved in the plastic industry for most of their lives. In their teens, they worked for the family's polyethylene manufacturing business in North St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1981, Arne and Bob started Up North Plastics, Inc., a plastic extrusion plant, in Cottage Grove, Minnesota.

In 1990, when the business was sold, Up North Plastics, Inc. employed more than 200 and had yearly sales of 38 million dollars. The Andersons' lifetime of experience with plastic films assures our customers of the finest and most cost-effective plastic wrap in the industry.

Plastics production at Norflex, Inc. began on June 1, 1994 with the manufacture of polyethylene stretch film. Since then Norflex has served a variety of clients, each with their own custom film needs.
